Hiatus...

Seeing as how two thirds of this spectacular group are training to be firefighters and pursuing a job in New York respectively, we are going to have to cancel our world tour this summer, and reschedule. Alas, I know. Ticket costs will be refunded in full, but t-shirt sales are still final.

La vita e' bella

A great singer once told me that when someone speaks to you in Italian, it's like they are taking your clothes off with their words. That singer is Sima. I foresee some Italian in this band's future. Oh yes, there will be Italian.

A rudimentary t-shirt design

Well, since no band is complete without the most important part/function of a band (the merchandise), here is a proposed first draft of what will surely become an instant classic and collector's item among those who are "in the know". I think it's simple, classic, elegant, and has a touch of fun. Or it looks like it was drawn by a 4 year old on crack. Either way, what fun!

So, there's this great new band in E-town. Who is it, you query? Good question, we respond. They are called Sima & the Vestites, and they sing kick ass, crazy tunes. They rehearse like mad, and when the time comes, there will be shows, oh yes, there will be shows. Stay tuned.
